Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of TradeTrac, operated via tradetrac.online and the TradeTrac application at app.tradetrac.online (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

The subscription service

TradeTrac is a subscription service that helps independent contractors capture site visits with photos and voice, then create reports, estimates, jobs and invoices. Some features are available during a trial; ongoing access to paid features requires an active subscription.

14-day trial

New accounts may start with a 14-day free trial of the paid features. No payment is required to begin the trial. The trial lets you evaluate the Service before deciding whether to subscribe. When paid plans are available, we will clearly present the fees and billing cycle before you commit.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your login credentials secure, and to be responsible for all activity under your account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the client, job and financial information you enter and for having the right to enter your clients' details.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes, to upload content you have the right to upload, and not to misuse the Service, infringe the rights of others, or store unlawful material.

Ownership of contractor and client data

You own the contractor, client, job, photo, voice note and financial information you create in the Service. You grant TradeTrac a limited licence to process that content solely to provide and operate the Service, including generating reports, estimates and invoices on your behalf.

Payment, renewal and cancellation

When paid plans are available, subscription fees are billed by an external payment provider on the schedule you select. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled in line with the plan terms and where required by law.

Service availability

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may carry out maintenance, updates or changes, and availability may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control. We are not liable for downtime except where required by law.

Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms. On termination your right to use the Service ends, and you may export your data before we remove it.

Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeTrac is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time and will notify account holders of material changes. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
